reviewsWhat Members Say

Members describe the gym as clean, well-maintained, and motivating with excellent equipment and a great vibe. Many praise the energetic group classes and welcoming atmosphere, though some note crowding and limited parking. Specific concerns include aggressive sales tactics from personal trainers like Raury, lack of transparency about contracts and billing, and unforgiving late fees. The gym is recommended for dedicated fitness enthusiasts but may not suit those preferring a more low-key environment.

Excellent gym—well maintained, great selection of equipment, and never feels overcrowded. The staff is welcoming and the environment is motivating. One of the best gyms I’ve trained at.”

Located right in perimeter mall area they have masterly fit this full service Crunch location into a very small shopping. Space. It’s the smallest one that I’ve been to out of roughly 4 or five locations and like all the others it is very clean and well managed. Has a great vibe with a younger crowd. Crunch Fitness absolutely dominates LA Fitness.🔝💯🇺🇸👏🏽🐺 If you’re looking for a Jim to join, you have found the right one. Crunch Fitness has a wrap on the gym industry in terms of commercial fitness experience. By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. 🏆🫵🏾🧙🏻‍♂️

Definitely the least “crunch” -iest Crunch I’ve been to so far (in a good way). Gym outfits actually seem appropriate and there are very few, if any, people filming themselves in public spaces. Equipment is generally in good shape, although the lower body machines are always being used, as there are too few. Parking is abysmal, since the gym is in one of the standard live/work shopping complexes of the northern suburbs, but there’s nothing they can really do about that. Just time your visit accordingly. Overall, I recommend.

Its ok location. Always clean but crowded. If your new to exercising or like me need a more low key vibe like at Planet Fitness this isn't the place. Yet its quite motivating because the people attending taking floor group exercise classes with trainers be really getting it. Plus, I do love the music constantly playing and the hit sauna in the ladies bathroom. I will say they can be a tad aggressive with trying to get you into these expensive training sessions. Actually with all the trainers/managers I see standing around they should take 15 mins on showing new enrollees how to use the equipment. You only get that if you ask or during a training session but that would be a good perk to just help novice exercisers.Just saying. There billing can get better as they are quite unforgiving with late fees regardless of the circumstances. I was hacked and had my accts changed, forgot about crunch. Decided to go in after a few month an boom. You would think they would waive the fees ( guy said, we don't have a billing dept) seeing their being paid, I wasn't going therefore they got free money. I should've just canceled, still may buy if your a true fitness person JOIN!! If your so so like me Planet Fitness is our vibe 100%. Parking can be a big issue as its in a limited parking mall strip but plus, its in a great shopping area-Perimeter.

I was under the impression that a “free trial” meant free trial, yet I was met with an immediate sales tactic by the personal trainers… It’s almost like you walk into a car dealership and the salesmen are just waiting for you to fall into their schemes. First, they made me pay $10 for a personal training sneak peek, whatever its called. Then they immediately pressured me into getting a personal training session. While I agreed, they never told me the terms and conditions—that it is a 3 month contract. Another thing they did was try to scheme me again for a cheaper price and didn’t tell me that the personal training package would be charged weekly. They lack a lot of transparency here. All they care about is stealing your money… dont care if your the elderly, a student, a professional. Do not come here. I rather work out at a landfill than get sales schemed here. They also use the guest pass as a way to repeat the same process … plus they take your id. Watch out for raury… he stole my friends guest pass
