Deep Water JJ is a fantastic place to learn and train jiu-jitsu. It is a safe, clean, welcoming, and supportive environment - the upper belts continue to teach and encourage the lower belts to push themselves, develop their techniques, and grow as practitioners. I train with my teenage son there in a regular basis. Oss!!

Best BJJ studio in the area. Great professors! All the people are super friendly and make everyone feel welcome. Nobody is too aggressive or trying to hurt other members. Members from kids to 60 years olds, men and women. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter has been attending here for about a year and loves it. The teachers are very knowledgeable and do not rush the kids as they try to learn the moves. There is a variety of ages of children in the class and the coaches always make sure that the kids and paired up appropriately. We love the studio so much that we started our 4 year old a couple of weeks ago and he is already getting a good grip on the basics. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this gym enough. Training here has been truly life-changing for me in so many ways. Beyond the incredible techniques I’ve learned, this place has had a profound impact on my life. It’s been a place where I’ve found mental clarity, stress relief, and focus, which have carried over into my work and personal life. The discipline and mindset I’ve developed on the mats have made me more productive and resilient in my day-to-day challenges. On top of that, the physical benefits are undeniable. I’ve lost weight, built strength, and improved my overall health—all while doing something I genuinely enjoy. If you’re considering trying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I highly recommend this gym. It’s more than just a place to train; it’s a community that will inspire and support you to be the best version of yourself.
