This business is phenomenal! A great place, led by a great staff, and owned by a great guy. ALONG with providing more than adequate training/physical fitness skills, Coach Rod is changing the lives of the youth (and some others) and doing so in a great way. I highly recommend The Eastside Boxing Club.........

Coach Rod and his team are doing a fine job of developing young athletes to achieve their goals. He holds them accountable both inside and outside of the gym. It is a blessing to have him in the community and look forward to seeing what the future holds for the Eastside Boxing 🥊 Family!

Met Coach Rod today with my high school son who wants to learn the art of boxing. We were able to observe from afar before speaking. Impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help! We are expecting a great experience. Thanks Coach Rod!

Friendly atmosphere, good music, people laugh -- it's an inviting place, but you're also gonna learn how to defend yourself. Been going weekly since Sept '20. THE BAD: Gym looks like it's hard work. It'll make you sweat/sore. THE GOOD: You definitely become knowledgeable about the science/art behind boxing (footwork, defense, skills, drills). Coach Rod specializes in teaching kids/teens, but adults go also. Best workout I've ever had. Weights + punching bags + jump ropes + calisthenics. Sparring: I suggest you let him coach you up on skill/fitness before getting in the ring. You don't "play box".
