It’s imperative I take a moment to express my gratitude to this organization. Relocating across the country, we took our time in finding the right spaces for our growing family to develop and thrive. While I’d heard of the many great benefits of Taekwondo, we had not previously explored this opportunity. Within a month of joining the fold at Georgia Elite Taekwondo, collectively, we agreed that we’d only wished we had found this dojo sooner. I reached out via the website for a quick chat regarding their motto and the programs they developed and one of their esteemed coaches reached out to me in less than 5 minutes! We were blown away, not only by this exemplary and nearly extinct level of customer service but her demeanor and obvious expertise had us in the car and on our way for a face to face that very day. She did not disappoint. The studio is well lit, open and airy; perfect for a major workout. Once we experienced the competition Coach and the passion and precision he exhibits with all the athletes, things only got more exciting from there. We did a ton of research and the direction, teaching, exposure and discipline our kids receive from the coaching staff as well as their peers at Georgia Elite Taekwondo is second to none! We’ve found the growth in our children to be priceless as not only has their overall fitness and focus significantly improved across the board, the relationships they continue to foster keep them eagerly returning for more. We truly are so pleased we found this gem and will continue to express our gratitude. If you are in the Atlanta area, though worth the drive, and seek the highest quality Taekwondo training while team building and expanding your family, we highly recommend attending a session. Georgia Elite Taekwondo has been a game-changer for my son since he started in July 2020, and he’s still going strong! I first met Coach Roland and Master Makesha in 2019, and from the start, I could tell they were passionate about what they do. Coach Roland pushes the competition team with the perfect mix of discipline and encouragement, while Master Makesha ensures a strong foundation in technique and personal growth. They genuinely care about their students, both on and off the mat. If you’re looking for a taekwondo school that builds skill, confidence, and a true sense of community, GETKD is it!

This is the perfect place to be pushed. My daughter is a day one student and what she has accomplished in the past 8 years has set the foundation for her taekwondo career.

I am familiar with Taekwondo as I took it myself in high school before college. Today I brought my son to a trail class, in a beginners class. The instructor at this place today (not sure if it’s the same for every class) did not even try to help my 5 year old try to do the moves the right way. It’s as if he expected him to know and didn’t even bother to teach. I am looking for a serious dojo… this is not it.
