John is an excellent Coach and it’s a great friendly environment full of great people for any level of experience. Also great prices considering how expensive the other gyms in this area are.

Coach John makes everyone feel like they are more than a warm body filling a spot in his curriculum. He goes into detail all the minute stuff, and what I personally like a lot is that he’s not the type of coach that has you do things one specific way. He understands that your specific body type is better for certain styles, he really sees what you have coming into the gym and works with it and it always feels like every single class is tailors to that specific group or individual in that class. It doesn’t feel anything like a generic martial art school where if you go a certain amount of days to practice you’ll eventually get your black belt. No, this gym is for you to improve yourself in every aspect. And coach John makes you feel like you belong from the moment you walk through those doors for your first free class
