They will help you work through all of your weak points, the people are mindful of any pre-existing injuries, and the trainers consistently promote safety throughout practice. It is truly a place you can feel comfortable coming back to practice after practice, week after week!

We’ve got four kids in Helix Jiujitsu, and every single one of them loves it. The environment is positive, structured, and encouraging. A lot of that credit goes to Justin. He’s absolutely fantastic with the kids. He strikes the perfect balance between discipline and fun, and the kids genuinely respect and look up to him. Classes are well run, the instruction is top notch, and it’s clear the coaches care about helping each student grow. Our kids have gained confidence, focus, and a healthy outlet for their energy. They also offer adult classes, which is a huge plus if you're looking to train yourself. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this place makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend Helix to anyone!

Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve had the pleasure of training at. The lead instructor, Justin, is both technical and very conceptual about the art, caring very deeply about your progress. The atmosphere and ambiance he creates is one that is both welcoming and inviting. And once you’ve experienced the teachings from any of the instructors, or trained with any of the members, you quickly see that Helix is truly exceptional all around. I’ve been to a part of other gyms in the area, and they talk a good game about character, but this gym walks it out with class! Great instructors. Great instruction. Great community. Great training. Great environment and you will definitely have your skills sharpened. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I came in from Dallas,TX dropped in for a Sunday open mat. Not knowing anyone, they made me feel at home with great rolls and great people. I would highly recommend this gym. Thank yall for making me feel like family!!

My daughter started 2 months ago with no previous knowledge of jujitsu. The instructor takes the time to walk thru what a submission is and why, as it's not obvious for young children. These kids are learning serious self defense, and quickly grasping these concepts at a young age. This is the perfect compliment to her precious karate classes. She loves it!
