I have visited and trained at J3 on several occasions. Professor Jamie Williams and his crew are fantastic! They are an A typical example of a Pedro Sauer Association school. Great jiu jitsu, welcoming environment, and great gym culture. If you live in the area or are visiting give these guys a visit, follow on social media! You will be happy you did!

LOVE THIS SCHOOL. I've trained at 29 gyms worldwide and very few know how to create a fun and challenging environment for both adults and kids. My 8 and 5 year olds both love it and their confidence is on a new level. It's not just learning form. They actually get to train...and wear them down for bedtime 🤣

J3 is a Gem in the rough. They embody the body mind and spirit in their title. Its a place of learning where a sense of community thrives. I’m a newcomer and I already feel welcomed. It’s not only the owners tho it’s the patrons that come there for the same reasons I do. In that there’s a connection that can be hard to find. 💎🙏🏼

J3 is an amazing community of humble hearted and generous martial artists. The environment is always welcoming and the coaches and professor Jamie are always pouring into the students to improve. Not only is the culture of J3 a pleasant breath of fresh air after stressful days of work etc, the techniques and concepts taught are extremely efficient and made easy to understand. You will not lack skill after training with j3 for some time as both their Jiu jitsu and muay thai classes have improved my own abilities in martial arts in the last year by a significant amount. High level techniques are not shyed away from and are made understandable to the hobbyist and competitor. I wouldn't ever move to another gym.

I wanted to share my experience with this school and how glad I was to have found it. I came into town from Philadelphia to do a training course in Alpharetta for my job. Knowing I was going to be away from home for a month, I quickly searched a school to where I could keep my training up. I found J3 to be close to where I was going to be and they were a Gracie affiliated jiu jitsu school. Being that I've never trained anywhere else other than my gym in Philly, I was quite nervous to step onto new mats. I can't say enough good things about this school. Jamie (the owner and head instructor) and his team welcomed me with open arms. From the new to the experienced students, they all made me feel extremely welcomed. The environment is such a positive atmosphere to learn in. I can't stress that enough. Without encouragement, a school does not succeed. That's not the case here at J3. Patience is key here. To make sure the small details that form jiu jitsu are understood by everyone. I encourage anyone from young to old, if you're on the fence on giving jiu jitsu a shot, go give J3 your time. You'll be proud to belong to such a fantastic club. Thanks for taking me in Jamie and crew!
