I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed my family and I are with the team at Karate Atlanta John’s Creek. Our son has been enrolled there for almost exactly two years, and it has been a fantastic experience from the very beginning. The staff is truly exceptional. From day one, we have been amazed by the poise and control Mrs. Tatum brings to her classes. She has a unique ability to make every student feel individually coached, even in a full and energetic room. Mr. Pinkston has also been an outstanding instructor and mentor. On many occasions he has taken time before class to work with our son in one-on-one sessions, most recently helping him prepare to demonstrate his forms for his latest round of testing. Our son is only five years old, yet with the support, encouragement, and guidance from the team, he just earned his camo belt in the Juniors class. That was a very proud moment for us. His determination is his own, but the confidence and discipline he shows are clearly shaped in part by how your instructors have invested in him. I also want to acknowledge Mr. Jones, who has been consistently courteous and incredibly helpful. He always has answers to our questions and is quick to offer thoughtful solutions whenever we need to reschedule or ask about our son’s progress. I have personally spent the past eighteen years working in and leading corporate learning and development teams, and I can say with confidence that you have a team you can be proud of at the John’s Creek location.

My son worked hard from tiny tiger to first degree black belt over 5 years, we spent time, and thousands of dollars, we went through major changes , non stable leadership that affected us from Mr C leaving, online classes during Covid ,Master Lee part time, changes with belt colors which delayed our training to Mrs Tatum. Despite all we kept going because my son liked taekwondo, the location was convenient and young Jr instructors were amazing. When we finished first degree black belt we got a black belt with name on it and nothing more. We never got a certificate for my son’s black belt he had worked for years, I know they were upset that we discontinued. we have requested on call over mail and followed up for over a year, at first they responded saying they were waiting for certificates for over 6 months and Stopped responding and ignored us.its been an year and It breaks my heart to think All 5 years for nothing! We have to start at another place all over again. Please do not waste your time and money do your research and find some place worth your time.
