Started training here May 2022 with no grappling or wrestling experience. Very welcoming and clean environment. Top notch instruction from Professor Kenny and all the coaches, something to take away from each of their style. There is a variety of training partners to meet any of your goals whether competition, self defense, or hobbyist. Definitely friends that turned into family on and off the mat. 10/10 would recommend. 🤙🏽
