PlyoBox Fitness is the perfect place to host a class or one-on-one session. I love the fact that you are assigned to a personal portal where you can use a digital barcode to access the building. The process is real simple, you pay an easy fee to book your room and show up with no hassle or issues. I also love the flexibility of hosting a class whenever I want, as long as the schedule is available. If you are a trainer, yoga instructor, or host of any type of wellness class, then PlyoBox Fitness is the place to be.

Just finished a work out through Plybox! The hardest part of your fitness journey is finding a good trainer - Plyobox cut out the hard part and provided me WITH a trainer! The experience was seamless and amazing. I didn’t think their offerings could get better. I had a wonderful workout in a private gym space.

Plyoboxfitness has been amazing for business. The space allows me to be very intimate with my training. No crowds of people around, equipment is always accessible. Also the owner is super cool and allows you to rock out and build your business. I would recommend this facility to every trainer in atl

Plyobox is the New Gym Experience! I truly appreciate the aesthetically pleasing, inviting and unique atmosphere of this space. It’s gym suites… so you have the luxury of creating an intimate experience with your client(s). For clients who have certain phobias they feel safe and comfortable. My goal is to cultivate the best experience for my clients and Plyobox allows me to do that. Thank you for creating this space for entrepreneurs like me.
