Was a bit intimidated to begin but there’s nothing but support and encouragement in this dojo 😩. My favorite are the 5 v. 5 classes. But if you can’t make one of those, try out a class with Jamaal. Excited to continue my journey with Rumble 💚

Rumble Boxing is the most energetic and motivating space to start your health journey or keep the momentum going. Regardless of size and fitness, this is a judgment free zone. You will meet fitness buddies who will encourage and motivate you throughout the session. The instructors are freaking the BEST. If you want to get a workout in during that long lunch break, Liz will pump you up from start to finish and have you feeling like you can complete the rest of your workday. If you want a high protein breakfast substitute in the morning, Tani will get you right with the motivation songs and pumping you up for the day. Jammal does the evening classes, so if work stress you out and you need a serious “happy hour”, pour yourself into one of his fitness his classes. Also, to get over that hump day on Wednesday and those Sunday blues, see your way to Rod class, he will get you right and motivate you to take on those days. Finally, the amazing front desk staff will greet you will a smile, help find the best plan for you, and inform you of any PROMOs. If you ready for a fun, energetic fitness class, and meet other members like me, RUMBLE BOXING IS FOR YOU!

I took my first two classes last weekend and loved it. Liz was AMAZING, and so helpful explaining and demonstrating the moves. This was my first time boxing, and even though I had no idea what I was doing going into the class I felt more powerful after class. Also, love the strength portion of class and the high energy with music and lights! Overall I highly recommend Rumble! 🥊💪🏼🥊

I absolutely LOVE Rumble! I have been coming here since late September and have already seen results. No two classes are the same and the half strength/half boxing is the best layout for those who like to strength train, while getting the cardio from boxing. I usually take classes with trainer Liz who is amazing! She is super fun, encouraging and offers lots options to make the workout more challenging if needed. Highly recommend!
