**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** I can't say enough great things about Rumble Boxing Mid City Yards! From the moment you step in, you feel great, energetic, and fulfilled. The atmosphere is so positive, and you leave every session feeling strong and confident. The team here is amazing – they are genuinely involved with their members (me included!), always providing motivation and encouragement throughout the workout. It's all about love and support here. I love releasing all my energy into the aqua bags, which are fantastic for my joints. I feel so lucky to have found this place. Nate, Kat, and Mandy are absolute rockstars. They don’t just coach — they connect. They take time to learn your name, your goals, and what drives you. Whether you're trying to drop 5 pounds, build strength, or just feel better in your skin, they make you feel seen and supported every step of the way. Rumble is the one place I know I can show up exactly as I am — no matter how tired or off I feel — and still leave better than I came. It's not just a gym. I highly encourage any women WITH OR WITHOUT kids to sign up for a free first time class so you can really get the full experience!! I suggested to my hubs and oldest son to Join me so we could connect on another level... And I tell you the truth THIS CLASS DID IT !!!! WE HAD FUN, WORKED UP SWEAT AND GAVE IT ALL WE HAD. START.... DON'T WAIT... JUST DO IT, AND THANK ME LATER !!! EMPLOYEES WERE AMAZING AND SO VERY WELCOMING!!! WILL RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN !!! THEY EVEN PUT A SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR US ON THE LOCKERS FOR OUR FIRST DAY ... SOOOOO THANKFUL I FOUND RUMBLE

Classes at Rumble are amazing. I have arthritis in my back, hips and a knee issue. Doing workouts has help keep me mobile and loose. I have gained stability and my pain is easing away and recovery is getting easier the more I attend. The instructors are motivating and full of energy. You can go at your own pace. At 55 yrs young, I started slow and I feel myself getting better and stronger. The other members are welcoming and motivating. We are all on our own journey but when class starts we are one! The gym is clean, the music is on point and the over all atmosphere keeps me coming back. Not your average gym. So glad I joined.

I’ve been a part of the Rumble fam. since March 2024. This has been such a great workout experience for me and I implore you to give them a try! The staff and trainers are amazing. Each trainer (Mandy, Kat, Van, Nate or Stephanie) bring something different to the table, whether its high energy, motivation, explanation, to tips & tricks. They're all my favorite 🙃! I joined to get stronger and flexible because of constant lower back pain and arthritis in my hip that would hurt on a daily basis. Neither one has hurt since I’ve started. Not only do I feel stronger and toned, I have more confidence in myself. If you are on the fence about joining, I suggest that you try their FREE intro class. It was taking the free class that got me hooked. You won’t be disappointed!
