Our son has been doing Karate at the Dojo for over a year and absolutely loves it. When the pandemic started we went virtual and like everything during this time it took some getting used to, but everyone at the Dojo has gone above and beyond to make everything work. They do a great job of keeping everyone entertained and on track. All of the instructors are so patient and engaging and they even offer free lessons or times if you child needs a little catch up to get back on track with the rest of the class. Mr McCoy has been great and so flexible and Mr Tyler has been so patient and funny with my son. My 3 year old also can’t wait to join the Dojo when he turns 4. I highly recommend having your child join the Dojo even in the virtual setting.

I cannot day enough about this Dojo. Mr. McCoy and Mr. Ewing are just absolutely fantastic. They have instilled discipline in our son and not only have his academics improved, but his attitude as well as his building friendships have improved as well. Our son has been going to the Dojo for a couple of years now and always does the summer camp as well, which is a lot of fun for the kids. What separates The Dojo from anywhere else is the instructors. Whenever we have an issue at home with our son, we let one of the guys know and they do a great job with encouraging and holding Troy responsible. Highly recommended.

Our son, Astor, has been attending this dojo, located in Johns Creek, for a few weeks now. We're truly grateful to the two coaches who teach the classes. The patience and respect with which they interact with our son is greatly appreciated. We've taken Astor to other activities, but he hasn't been able to connect with anything. But he loves going to this dojo. And we're happy to have finally found something he enjoys. Thank you, coaches! You recently called to let us know that our son is doing a great job. Please know that it's thanks to you.

My son has been at The Dojo for over 2 years now. He has attended classes and has been in the ASK (After School Karate) program. Mr. McCoy and Mr. Ewing have been great. Being a member at The Dojo has been great for my son's self-esteem and discipline. When he gets off track, the instructors will have a talk with him to get him re-focused, whether the issue is at The Dojo, at home or at school. Highly recommended!

Our family's experience with the Johns Creek/Roswell Dojo, lead by Shawn Ewing, has been very positive. We were concerned about our darling, and very-busy, ADHD daughter and Karate was recommended by her pediatrician. We started when she was about 5 1/2 years old and she is now 8. The classes/curriculum have been age appropriate and progressive. Our daughter has made major strides in understanding and working toward goal-setting, self-discipline and having the right "black belt" attitude. The Roswell Dojo team has aided her development in coordination, focus and responsible behavior, all of which continues to improve. The team has been patient, yet has never lowered the bar for her, or any other children. It has been very reassuring to see how well our daughter has progressed in spite of her challenges. All the kids seem to love it and there are quite a few adults that participate and develop martial arts skills here as well. Mr. Ewing, Mr. McCoy, Mr.CR and Miss Tori do a fabulous job of setting high standards and helping the students achieve them.
