All three of my children come to train here with coach Brian. Ages 6,13, and 17, he knows how to work with them to ensure that they stay excited and eager to work out every time they come! Also understanding that soon they will be having school schedules as well, he is more than willing to accommodate our needed schedule times! The facility is clean, and music is always upbeat, making you want to get in there and work out! Looking forward to their continued workout journey, and to beginning mine as well!

I purchased some equipment from Jay. It was a great experience all around. The equipment didn’t end up fitting properly in my home gym. I reached out to him afterwards and he allowed me to come back in to swap it out. Jay and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase even after the deal was done.

Sick of cookie-cutter gyms that offer zero guidance, happily take your money—and then make it a nightmare to cancel? You deserve better. And better IS out there! Let me tell you a few things about Train or Die: - Don’t let the name fool you—this place is all about helping you train to be your best. Many of the trainers here have played sports professionally, and they bring serious expertise, support, and variety to your workouts so you’ll never get bored. - Want to learn how to lift properly, build real strength, and improve your overall health like I did? There’s a trainer for that. - Curious about boxing or want to sharpen your skills? Yep—there’s a trainer for that too. - Want to look as good as you feel and feel as good as you look? Trust me, there are more than a few trainers who can help with that! Special shoutout to Jay, Brandon, Q, and Chris—trainers like these make this place what it is. Train or Die isn’t just a gym. It’s where you train, grow, and hit goals you didn’t think were possible🙏🏼

I recently had the pleasure of participating in a group workout led by Jay at Train or Die Compound, and it was nothing short of amazing. Jay’s expertise, enthusiasm, and motivational spirit truly set the tone for an outstanding session. The workout was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, perfectly balanced to cater to various fitness levels within the group. Jay’s ability to connect with everyone and create a supportive and energetic atmosphere made the experience not just a workout, but a memorable event. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and genuinely excited for the next opportunity to train under Jay’s guidance. For anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey in a group setting, I highly recommend Jay at Train or Die Compound. It’s not just a workout; it’s an experience that motivates.
