Been training since October 2016 and be going ever since. AR Fox and his wife Ashley put a lot into this place and really help get us to where we need to be. Also is one of the most affordable schools to train at in Atlanta.

Great place to train, learn, and master your skills in the ring. The innovation at the school is unmatched. I’m really glad I made the move here, because my experience has been awesome! I have worked numerous shows, and have a lot of stuff lined up for the future. I look forward to continue my journey and all the places that my experience gained here thus far will take me!

WWA4 is so much more than a school, it's a home. A place for hungry people to fight for their dream under the guidance of one of the greatest wrestlers, and an even greater teacher AR Fox. Fox is patient. He will work with you and make sure you learn what he's teaching. Fox is brilliant, he understands that it's not his ability to move, jump, spin, kip up, or flip that makes him an amazing wrestler, it's how he puts it all together in the phycology of professional wrestling. Pyhchology is the most important thing to him, as that is what wrestling is, and Fox knows that it doesn't matter how athletic you are, or how cool of stuff you can do, it's about how you tell a story when you are in the ring. How do you make an audience care? How do you sell? How do you use facial expressions to engage an audience? How do you put a match together to maximize storytelling, and get the crowd invested? It's the small things that Fox does so incredibly well that he teaches as he gives out advice and mentorship everyday. Fox’s brain is black hole of wrestling knowledge, he sucks it all in,everything he possibly can, things from people he’s wrestled like AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, Will Ospreay, Adam Cole; if you care about your future as a wrestler you will sit and hear his mind, and because it is a compilation of what your favorites have given him; that alone will make you better. Wrestling is AR Fox's life. It's what he eats, breaths, and I'm pretty sure he hits Lo Main Pain in his dreams as well. When he's not at the school, he's either working out, which he also does at the school, or probably at AEW making all of his students proud. Every Thursday we have an opportunity to go out and do live shows in front of live audiences. This is crucial to the development of being a professional wrestler as practice makes perfect, and to be great you need reps. We get that experience of being in front of a crowd, of knowing if something goes wrong we don't get to start over we need to fix it, a place to try new ideas, fail, touch up and get better. If you wrestle at our Thursday show or get your own independent booking, you can share your match with Fox so he can review, and go over it with you. You can learn what mistakes you made, how you can improve, and get great feedback from someone, who even as long as he has been doing it, still loves wrestling. The WWA4 is the place to go for training, and if you feel you wasted money going there it's because you didn't apply yourself, and refused to take advantage of the opportunity you had.
