Great gym, even greater staff, clean gym structured to accommodate all levels of members. The turf area is well maintained and equipped. The weight room is nice and organized. And most importantly clean. I really can not complain.

X3 is a great gym for anyone looking to mix it up with their workout routine. There’s a lot to offer here in combat sports and a nice gym setup to get creative with. Check out coach Harry if you can! His boxing program is high quality and he actually puts a lot of effort into each session. Some places you go, the trainers are just going through the motions and seem like they rather not be there, but coach Harry pays attention to little details and goes out of his way to make sure we not only get the technique right, but also learn creative and out of the box skills. Book a one on one with him if you can!

DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!! They have held me financially hostage for the past year. Last year, I took a couple of classes because I wanted to see if I would like it or not. When I signed the contract, I was not aware I was on a 2 year contract because they would not let me read the whole thing. I stopped going to this gym because the coach was very rude to me, the gym was sweaty and gross, and I was a college student. When I requested they cancel my membership, they asked that I payed a $495 cancellation fee which was ridiculous. The staff was not very helpful when I needed assistance. They keep charging my account even when I tell them I dont go to this gym anymore. They dont care about you, they just want your money. AVOID!!!
