Amazing jiu jitsu school. The gym is always clean, and they’re constantly improving the space. Everyone is friendly, and the coaching is top-notch. Very welcoming environment for all levels whether you want to compete or just learn. As a female with zero martial arts experience, training here has given me a lot more confidence and greatly improved my fitness, not to mention it’s just fun. Highly recommend.

My boys have learned and grown so much through TaeKwonDo at this gym. The coaches are not only skilled but also truly invested in the kids’ progress—we’ve built meaningful relationships with them over time. It’s been an incredible source of exercise, discipline, and confidence for my boys. We are so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it to any family considering martial arts.

Truly the best Martial Arts academy for Self Defense, High grade competition skills in both JiuJitsu/Kickboxing and Judo, and personal development. This academy very lax for casuals, super friendly and can aid anyone from any background or any skill level.

I was visiting on a scouting trip to the area and tried the 2 week beginner kickboxing trial. Everyone was so great and helpful even though I was new. Seems like a great gym and I will definitely be signing up with them once I move into the area.

I'm a new student at 208 Jiu Jitsu and also new to BJJ, and I absolutely love this school. A friend and co-worker suggested I try it and I was hooked my first day. It is a fun and friendly training environment but also challenging and tough, I learn something new each day. The instructors are awesome and foster a training environment where each and every student can learn as a team. I would highly recommend "This" school if you are interested in Jiu Jitsu or Kick Boxing.
