Boise Iron Gym

We were looking for somewhere to train while on vacation, hands down this was the best gym that was super friendly , well equipted , clean gym. Great gym for some serious training. Will definately be back again if we are ever in Boise again. Biggie (the dog) was the icing on the cake!!

Not a place to swim or shoot hoops, but a solid gym with cardio, free weights, and plenty of machines that will work your muscles at all angles. The layout is compact and efficient - you come in and get your work in without hiking across a big box. Owner Jeremiah is a cool dude too.

“Welcome home” is the kind of vibe you get when you walk into Boise Iron Gym. The members are friendly, the owner (Jeremiah) greets everyone and genuinely cares about the members and their wants/needs. The facility is clean, encouraging and has some of THE BEST machines that I’ve been to and I’ve worked in the fitness/nutrition industry for the past 13 years. Boise Iron Gym is a straight up gem in the Treasure Valley area. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned bodybuilder (and there are plenty there), the vibes are great, the gym is excellent and the people are outstanding!

Big Shout Out to “J” & his crew at “Boise Iron Gym!” I joined his gym last February after Hip Replacement Surgery, looking to make a change because I was not happy with my gym. Boise Iron Gym has a friendly knowledgeable staff and members that are there to work out, not hog machines on their cell phones & socializing. It was refreshing and motivating to find a gym where members are there to work out & succeed. I am 63 years old and feel great, healthy & stronger than I have been in years. I have been able to power through 3 surgeries this year and Boise Iron Gym has been a Huge part of my recovery. Getting older isn’t for the faint of Heart, as they say. Lol You need to push yourself through some difficult times, mentally & physically. If you are looking for a good gym, Boise Iron Gym will get you there! There are a few good gyms in Boise, but this is my favorite. It’s not the biggest or busiest, which is exactly why I love it. The equipment is top-tier and thoughtfully selected. If you’ve lifted at a lot of gyms, you’ll appreciate how Jeramiah, the owner, designed the minimalistic layout so you can train efficiently. He’s clearly invested a lot into building one of the best equipment lineups I’ve seen anywhere, especially in Boise. He’s got a rare mix of classic old-school machines and top-of-the-line new pieces you won’t find anywhere else. On top of that, he keeps the gym spotless and runs a tight ship, which makes the whole experience even better. 5/5 stars
