I love that D1 offers something for everyone. Whether you have a young athlete wanting to improve in their skills or sport, or want to become healthy and stronger as an adult yourself! I love attending the morning classes for the adult programming. Great energy and gym culture!

The adult classes have helped me get back into exercising and weightlifting again and the coaches are all very encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun to work with!

My 14 year old son has been going to D1 for about 5 months now. All the coaches are kind and supportive. My son leaves tired and sore and always has fun. Great workouts, great equipment and a positive environment! Definitely recommend it!

Huge thanks to the D1 team for letting my friends and me drop in to complete the Murph workout this Memorial Day. Even though there was a bit of confusion on our end (we saw an outdated event email), the staff handled it with total professionalism and made us feel welcome. The facility is top-notch, and the atmosphere is motivating. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the people who come through their doors. They helped make our annual Murph tradition possible, and we’re truly grateful. Highly recommend D1 for anyone looking for a supportive, high-energy training environment. We’ll definitely be back!

My 14 year old daughter receive private training at D1 twice a week. She receives volleyball related conditioning that will help improve her skill level and playing ability on the court. Tyler (my daughters trainer) is very knowledgeable and professional. He not only takes her through the appropriate exercises, but also provides nutrition education. Upon our first visit we met with Sam, the owner of D1 training. He assessed Jaida's ability and helped in the formation of a training plan. Sam is very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the physical and nutritional needs of a developing athlete. The facility is extremely clean, the equipment is conducive to cross-fit/athletic type training and the environment is family friendly. This facility is highly recommended!
