Empty Hand Combat

Great team atmosphere with very friendly staff. We came in for a free session, and my 11-year-old daughter immediately fell in love with what was going on. The instructors were welcoming, engaging, and made her feel comfortable right away. We plan on taking weekly lessons with Empty Hand Combat and are excited to be part of their community!

We LOVE Empty Hand Combat #2. Great environment for families and kids. Muay Thai has brought out the bravery in my son. empowerment, discipline and obedience is taught. He holds his head higher, sets goals and is met where he is at to help excel. Integrity and excellence is a standard that is held and taught here! Highly recommend boys and or girls to get involved!!!

Empty Hand Combat is the only gym in the area that offers classes three days a week, which has made a huge difference for our family. The consistency and structure of the schedule allow the kids to truly grow, learn, and improve over time. Being part of this gym has been a wonderful experience, and we are extremely grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community. Cosmo’s top priority is always the kids. He genuinely cares about their growth, not only in their skills but also in their confidence, discipline, and character. The gym pays close attention to how children are taught, ensuring that each lesson helps them develop in a positive and encouraging way. You can truly see the thought and dedication that goes into helping every child succeed. We feel very fortunate to be part of a gym that puts kids first and creates such a strong, uplifting environment.

The personal attention the kids receive at each class is beyond what I have seen elsewhere. Sifu Cosmos has been hands on in every class my son has attended. He takes time with everyone, parents included, and the personal touch is what makes the difference. His focus goes beyond just the dojo, and he lives the qualities I originally signed my son up to learn. There are not enough words to express how happy I am that my son has this place. And also, I want to acknowledge everyone who works there. You can just tell everyone has a passion for doing what they do, and that resonates all the way down.
