KidStrong Boise

We were so excited to check out the KidStrong location in Boise! The space is clean and organized, and the coaches are energetic and engaging. And they are so good with knowing all the kids names! Our 3 year-old loved his class, and is excited to go back, he is even repeating the affirmation at home. We love the intentional skills they focus on while building confidence in such a fun environment. Highly recommend!!!

This has been so good for my high energy boys! They look forward to every class with excitement. The coaches are encouraging, fun, and committed to making each class a great experience for each kid. Can’t recommend enough!

Highly recommend this child gym & youth learning center. A great mix of health and learning skills for that extra love and help for your kiddos! The staff are sooo amazing 😊😊 My son just joined!!! Can't wait to come back!!

My son loves KidStrong. They are very neurodivirsity affirming and helpful with adpating things as kids need while still pushing them to do their best and try hard things. We love that they also work on life skills. The flexible scheduling is very helpful, especially during the school year, and makes keeping our attendance streak alive easy.

We absolutely love KidStrong in Boise! The impact they’ve had on our children—both mentally and physically—has been incredible. The affirmations they start and end each class with have truly carried over into our kids’ everyday lives. We’ve seen a noticeable boost in their confidence, resilience, and overall mindset. The coaches are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child. They take the time to remember every kid and consistently encourage them to push themselves and believe in their abilities. It’s such a positive, uplifting environment. We are so grateful to be part of the KidStrong Boise community and highly recommend it to any family looking to help their kids grow stronger—inside and out!
