My 16 year old son has attended this wonderful school for a year now. Mr. Knife teaches kids & adults. Practice is mostly non-contact & they don't use padding or weapons. It's pretty cool to see what he learns and watch him break boards! He came in as a transfer and was not required to start as a white belt, which was really nice. He really likes it here.

My 6-year-old loves coming to class. Grandmaster Knife has been amazing! He takes the time to work with my son one-on-one to make sure he understands what he's supposed to do. Highly recommend

Smaller studio--which we like! Very clean, simple studio without all the distracting mirrors. Classes include all ages which makes it great for parents who want to take a class with their child (get a little fitness workout--and spend time with your child!) This can also be great for teens & tweens who are just starting where they will not feel like they're in a "baby class". Classes are available all week which is great for shifting schedules, holiday, illnesses, etc--you can still fit it in! There is a waiting area for parents who do not participate can watch the entire time or come & go as needed. We found it affordable and the staff to be very accommodating.

My son and I practice here twice a week. They are great instructors and a clean environment. We both enjoy the classes and the rates are great. Some place charge 3 times as much for the same training! Love Kim's Taekwon-do School!

This is orginal taekwondo, dating back before the Olympics was even a thing. I am a life student of this art. GM here, is a true and orginal master; of the orginal art of taekwondo. Boise should be honored to have this studio. Other studios are more franchised and are not orginal. Here you will become fit to fight. Also, you will become a very effective striker for real life self defenses. As well as becoming a true artist with noble character.
