Wow, what an amazing experience. I started because my Rheumatologist said I couldn't do yoga anymore to take up Tai Chi. After my second class my pain level dropped substantially. Who would have thought!!! Larry is an amazingly knowledgeable, kind and patient instructor who has the ability to adapt his explanations that are understandable for any student and students background. The other cool benifit is you feel relaxed and energized at the same time, .
