Amazing customer service! I ordered an Attacker dummy for my son to get reps on at home and Suples took care of us to accommodate our lower ceilings in the basement for the install.

Woke up at 7am in New York (where I live) to find that my identity had been stolen and "I" spent $300 at this facility in a single day. I call them today, 12/9, and their voicemail leaves a message for July 4th. After a couple hours, they called me back and were able to cancel the transactions as they were still pending. The voicemail is still set to July 4th, but that's the least of my worries today.

Called twice and left messages both times. No return phone call. Booked online and took my son there today to get introduced and there is a lock on the door. Wondering if we’ll get our money back. . .
