JP is the man!!! Vital Brothers is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at in Idaho! Every time I walk in, working out turns into pure fun. The energy is always off the charts, the vibe is super welcoming, and everyone greets and motivates each other. It’s growing fast because it truly deserves it — amazing staff, great setup, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back every single day. If you’re in Mountain Home, no question about it: Vital Brothers is the spot! Highly recommend 👊💪

My son and I just started our Jiu Jitsu journey together here. A great atmosphere for kids and adults to learn and train. Thy gym is clean and the vibe is welcoming. All egos are left at the door. Professor JP and his team are excellent at teaching the “Gentle Art”. Highly recommend to newcomers and veterans of the sport.

They are great! All the professors are super inviting & patient with my son. My son was super shy & now loves to go to class. I definitely feel like my son has become more confident.

Our son has been going to Vital Brothers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy since Thanksgiving and we have been super impressed. Professor JP and the other coaches encourage the kids and have help my son be more confident. My son went to his first competition a few months after starting. His team mates helped him warm up and a few showed up to support on the side line. The environment is friendly and has a family feel. No question goes unanswered. Professor JP and the coaches encourage the kids to be thankful, good students, and respectful.
