Took the shoes in, it was like $70. I thought that was steep; I have no idea. First time. 2 weeks later? Shoes look and feel like new. New shoes are way more than $70. I love it. Great stuff

Came in early in the morning with 20 mins to spare and these guys saved me by fixing my boots before a big meeting. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more efficient service, will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I've been going here for 20 years and they are outstanding. Sam is the man and the whole staff is great. Great service, great shines, great work on repairs and really nice people. Walk in for a great shoe shine anytime you're in the Loop.

I was invited to Holiday party last minute and needed to get my heels fixed 2 days before the party. In spite of being incredible busy, they were able to fix my heels and insole within the timeline I needed and my shoes look like new. Hana was understanding, friendly, and provided amazing service. I will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend it.

I was in town for a wedding and needed a couple of pairs of shoes shined. They were open on a Saturday and three blocks from our hotel. I called and said I wanted to drop off a couple pairs of shoes to be shined. Their response, “Or you could put them on and walk over here.” Great Chicago response! David did a great job and it turned out to be really fun. Great to be in the presence of craftsmen who care about their trade.
