A wonderful school for BJJ. My three children love their youth classes (Usually 8 to 15 students) Pedro, Arthur and Laura do a great job controlling (discipline) and educating the kids in a way that they find fun. The parents are welcoming and many of the kids have been going for years and I’m sure my kids will attend for years to come.

I've been studying Brazilian jiu-jitsu here since 2015 and I absolutely love it! Learning this sport and being a part of the Carlson Gracie team has been transformational. I'm continuously challenged, encouraged, pushed and pulled, as well as choked and submitted, always learning and growing stronger every day. I'm happy to have found this amazing team. All the instructors are amazing, kind, humble, and open to sharing their knowledge and experience. Competing can be scary, but when you're part of this team, you have the strongest warriors behind you, coaching you, drilling you, and pushing you beyond your limits to help you reach your greatest potential. Carlson Gracie Chicago is definitely the very best place that you can train at in the Chicago area. All of the instructors are world class and are very helpful and welcoming to the students. Carlson Jr. Teaches personally and you just won't get anyone with better experience. You'll learn from the source and from the best when you train here.
