A great gym. EKF has good space, good equipment, and outstanding coaches. It is mostly MMA, but there are plenty of boxers at different levels and lots of talent in the ring. A warm and welcoming place, EKF feels like a boxing gym, not a health club or a spa. Skilled and attentive management. I've been boxing there for over 4 years and love with my experience with Coach Izzy. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

Top notch training from coaches that have been in the game for a while. They love Veterans and have workouts on Monday Mornings with them at 0830. Motivation like crazy to do better in your life. Shout out to Coach Izzy who trains us Veterans and other classes to give it your best.

Great classes, expert coaches and a very cool and supportive group of members. They offer classes every day of the week and I always feel welcomed when I'm there. I've grown a lot as a member, even winning competitions and tournaments with EKF's help! Morning classes and night classes available with some lunch time classes, too.

The most welcoming gym you'll find. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, experienced, and--above all-- they do an excellent job at facilitating a positive gym atmosphere. Regardless of whether you're a hobbyist or intend to compete, there's a little bit of everything for everyone. Theres Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Sanda, Sparring, Conditioning, Kids' Classes, Private Lessons, and an area for Weight Lifting. If you're looking for a new gym, definitely give this one a try.

Best martial arts gym I've trained at. If you are looking for community, look no further. The style of training here is very technical. Drills are realistic, fun and effective. They will train you to be a proficient fighter without getting concussions. They also do sparring and train for competitions. No big egos at this gym. Everyone is there to learn and have a good time.
