My daughter has been attending classes at Gen-Ki for months now and she loves it! Her confidence and physical agility have grown/improved. Sensei Phil is great with the kids and makes the classes fun. He is patient and understanding. My daughter can’t wait for her classes! As a parent I also feel that We get great value for the price of the classes.

My son has been a member of this Dojo for almost a year and a half now. Sensei Trinidad is fantastic with young kids and manages to keep them engaged and active during class. With Sensei's guidance my son competed in his first Karate tournament recently and now carries his trophy and medal with him everywhere he goes. Karate classes have helped immensely with his focus and confidence. Thanks Sensei!

My 7 year old daughter loves taking classes here. She attends twice a week and loves all the teachers/Senseis… she has Sensei Phil frequently and I think he does a great job of being silly with them at times but also teaches them the importance of listening and respecting their teachers. My husband and I were very impressed with her skills so far and love the dedication she is learning here.

My son has studied karate with Sensei Trinidad for the past seven months and seems to be thriving at Gen-Ki. Classes offer a good combination of consistency, structure, and responsiveness that keep my child engaged and actively learning. Sensei Trinidad maintains a positive and encouraging environment for students of different skill levels. As a parent, I appreciate his patience and even-keeled demeanor in managing the class. (Directing the energy and attention of a group of 4-6 year olds is a feat!) Gen-Ki has been a great fit for my son’s first martial arts experience, and we’re so glad we found the studio.
