Joined without experience went from learning fundamentals to intermediate. All the coaches are very knowledgeable. They teach and explain well where it’s easy to remember. The owners and coaches have created a very positive environment. Whatever your goal is. If it’s to learn martial arts as a hobby, or to compete. This is a great place worth checking out.

The best MMA gym I’ve personally walked into. Great team, fantastic coaches, beginner level to advanced level training and feels like family. I highly recommend kids classes if you’re tryna get your child into any type of mixed martial arts. I also highly recommend this gym if you’re tryna become a fighter at any level. Shout out to coach Danny, coach Oscar and coach Tyler!!!

Intercept is a great MMA gym. Whether you're a beginner trying to learn foundations or you're more intermediate, there's a wide range of classes with highly skilled and personable coaches that will teach you something new to get your form better. Its also one of the only gyms that has dedicated wrestling classes—rare to find in Chicago!
