My time with this gym has been such an incredible experience!! From the amazing cardio kickboxing classes to the exceptional, motivating coaches, this gym is great for experienced athletes and beginners alike. The facility is super clean, well-organized, and the strong feelings of community and support really help in building confidence. If you are looking for guidance, motivation, or want to take on a new workout challenge, I highly recommend!!

Love Invicta! This is my local kickboxing gym. It’s only ten minutes from my house and I’m regular. What I love most is that the workout routines are NEVER the same. Even if I attend the same class each week at the same time, I can always expect VARIETY. The instructors are always playing new music you’ve never heard before and adding new workouts you’ve never done before. Variety is truly the spice to life and I’m glad there’s never a dull moment at Invicta!

I personally worked 1 on 1 with JP, boxing only and I’ll say I really enjoyed it. He works to your preferences, if you want to go hard, he will train you hard, but if you would like to keep it light and moderate he will work to your specifications. He’s really good with the details and you can tell he has experience and knows what he’s talking about. The other coaches are great to and will even help with little details when passing by because they care. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend 10 out of 10.

I’ve been coming here on and off since they opened!! Highly recommend this gym if you want to get into MMA, kickboxing, BJJ, and Muay Thai! Or, if you just want to lift, and work on personal gain!! They do it all here!! Coach E is the best!! Pays close attention to detail, is vocal and will make sure you are at your best everytime you walk out this gym!

I’ve visited many gyms before and none of them gave me the sense of community as Invicta has! Here you can tell that the trainers genuinely care about the team and aren’t just here for the money. They even train kids which is pretty awesome! The trainers take their time to individually coach you through the exercises if need be. I will definitely be coming back. Update: I went back for another class and yet again my experience and expectations were exceeded! Cristian uses his sense of humor to guide you and motivate you to try harder which is an amazing trait to have. Emmanuel is very patient and passionate about his training set and JP has nothing but respect and adaptability when he notices that you feel like giving up. I cannot wait to have my winning picture up on their walls and socials :)
