Have my two g babies 9 and 8 (little one 5 learns from the side line watching his two older brothers) in Jess class best decision I ever made, very high energy and has taught them to be self motivated. They treat the kids like little athletes they come in smiling and leave smiling. I can’t wait to see their journey in what is ahead of them.

Jessica is a great trainer! My training sessions incorporate strength & conditioning, boxing and movement fundamentals tailored for senior citizens. She lets me go at my own pace and always encourages me to stay on top of my recovery. I leave every session feeling better, and the time always flies by. I truly enjoy my workouts with her — you should definitely sign up!

I’ll be the first to say it— I hate working out! It’s never been my thing and I usually dread it. But working with Jessica completely changed the experience for me. She has an amazing way of making workouts fun and approachable, so you’re not just focused on how hard it is. She’s patient and fair, but still knows how to hold you accountable in the best way. One thing I really appreciate is how observant she is. She can tell when you need a break, when you need a little extra push, or when a move needs to be adjusted to fit your body. She truly pays attention, which makes the entire process feel supportive and safe. She helped me get ready for a wedding…and let me tell you, I was snatched! I felt confident, strong, and happy with my results. Overall, working with Jessica has been a great experience and surprisingly enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone, even those who “don’t like working out” (aka me!).
