MotorCity Casino Hotel

This is hands down the best casino in Michigan! I win more here than any other! They have a great selection of games, amazing atmosphere, inviting space, top of the line staff and again, my favorite part; I win every single time I go!!! If I have ever had a problem while there it was taken care of in a timely fashion and I won’t speak for Fanduel’s customer service over the phone or emails but Motorcity staff has always responded quickly to any email I have given them with knowledgeable answers and an extra hand in any way they can help me. I no longer will go to any other casino! A high rollers dream I would say!

Staff is amazing and super accommodating. The rooms are decent and I loved the soaking tub. The vibe on the casino floor is just mid though.

There was a distinct smell everywhere we went. The front desk staff was NOT welcoming. Only VIP are now allowed to eat in the steak house limiting food options onsite. However, the manager of the hamburger cafe restaurant was incredible and managing extreme lines with ease. The rooms were dated. The casino was extremely clean and that is why I gave 3 stars.

Where should I start…Check In was nice and smooth they did Grant earlier check in which was nice. Room was clean but could be cleaner and needed a few updates but nothing to horrible where we didnt wanna stay. We went out and enjoyed our night and came back here is where the problem started the people next door were rude as hell loud talking partying and it was well AFTER midnight like 1am i called front desk and nothing was done…so here we are at 5am they are blasting music and im up looking stupid cant sleep and pissed i called front desk yet again its 6:52am and the damn music is still blasting‼️ Its safe to say i wont be staying here again and i seriously want my money back because i had the most horrible night ever and currently have to run off 2hrs of sleep

Dissappinted. Room was fine. But not what youd expect for the price! Bathroom floor was gross in corners. Shower had no water pressure. Bedding was stained, black and gray marks all over. pillows were very used and lumpy. No extra blanket(but I didnt ask) and no signs. Anywhere. To tell you where stuff is. Not even a place to actually sit down and eat. Just a food court with 2 things. And the casino was nothing like soaring eagle or little river. Closed in. No windows low low ceilings. And loud. Feels like a basement. Overall if you stay here. Dont expect to do anything other than gamble or be in your room alone. Too bad there wasn't a place to sit or at least windows to outside. Very weird architecture. Oh and no easily accessible bar. Or a spot to sit amd have your drink. Hard to find a bar, and when we did it was slow slow slow. Oh well. We won't be back.
