This is an amazing Muay Thai gym with some phenomenal coaches! The coaches are all incredibly skilled, not only at the sport, but also at teaching. You truly learn something new at every session. Whether you’re a beginner or have been training for a while, you won’t regret joining this gym! There are plenty of classes, morning and afternoon! Plus, it’s a pretty sweet deal for unlimited classes.

I love this gym, the coaches, and the other students. This gym is great for first timers and vets alike. The coaches will push you to the limit you need to be pushed, while teaching you legitimate, Thai-style Muay Thai. You can go in to train and get some cardio, or push yourself to compete. I’ve trained mostly with Dario, Adam, Danny, and Sherwin. They’re all legends. I’m super thankful for their instruction and attitude. Each one of them is highly knowledgeable and has something unique to teach you. I’ve even done private lessons with Adam and highly recommend. Compared to some other gyms where people can lack self control, people here keep their ego in check and are ready to learn. The coaches do a nice job of making sure that’s the case. The gym has a great culture with friendly students. I’ve made good friends here, as have most of the students. Who doesn’t want a group of people you can kick and then get beers with? Aiki rocks.

Aiki is an absolute gem of a gym to train at. I came across Aiki in the summer of 2024 and it became the cornerstone of my weekly schedule. The classes are fast paced and interesting but what really sets this place apart is the coaching and the people you will end up calling teammates. The instructors at Aiki go above and beyond to ensure everyone gets attention, regardless of skill level. Their knowledge of technique is impressive, but it's their genuine passion for the sport that gets you hooked. They live and breathe Muay Thai and boxing. The community here is unlike any other gym I've experienced. Within months, I found myself part of a really cool group of folks and the vibes are immaculate. For anyone looking for more than just a place to exercise but rather a community to grow with, Aiki is the answer. Whether you're just looking for a couple fitness classes or looking to get super into the sport, I promise it's worth trying this place out. It's transformed not just my fitness journey but got me hooked to a sport I'll be continuing with for life.

I was a member of Aiki for about two years and only quit because I moved across the country. It has been over six months since I last visited Aiki, and in that time, I've tried a variety of different Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA gyms. I've found that none of them come close to the structure, community, and caliber that the coaches offer at Aiki. You get tough love at this gym, in the good kind of way. The couches will push you to make you a better athlete, better than the day before, and make you wish you had conditioned properly by running more (looking at you, Coach Adam). Don't let it intimidate you because everyone started from a beginner's level (myself included), and the sport's addiction kept them coming back to improve. The coaches will show you how to progress from one level to the next if you put in the work, of course, and leave your ego at the door. Show up, train, and chat with the members - they're a friendly group over there.

As a 40 plus year practitioner of a multitude of martial arts. I highly recommend learning Muay Thai at the Aiki Training Hall. I have know the principals many years, Rick Sollo, Dario and Sherwin, instructors that truly care, to teach real martial arts. If your serious about getting in shape and practical self defense, this is your place. Thanks Barry Bass, Black Belt, Black Glove, Senior Inst HsingI
