My goal for my 6 and 3 year old boys was to help them with coordination, body positioning, and physicality by signing up for next level wrestling. Coach Daly has been a dedicated mentor to the boys and guides all the kids in the program to improve and push their limits each week.

Coach Daly is a great coach. His passion for wrestling is infectious, and he is really good at explaining technique to young kids. My son is 7 with no wrestling experience, and coach got him right in there learning and drilling on the mats with other kids from day 1. The facility is clean and every other staff member I have met has been friendly. I’m really thankful we found Next Level Wrestling.

My Daughter has been attending lessons at Next Level Wrestling working with Coach Daly. I can honestly say he has worked very hard on her technique, but more importantly on her mental approach towards wrestling both on the mat and off. These lessons are well worth the time and money invested. He teaches a multitude of different techniques to help improve the wrestler as a whole. Happy to have found this Coach.
