By far one of my favorite gyms in the city. As a strength and endurance athlete, I struggled to build a training plan on my own—but Billy and the other coaches have gone above and beyond to prepare me for every race. This place quickly became my second family. It’s 100% beginner-friendly, and I’d recommend it to both new and experienced gym-goers. Group classes are tailored to those attending class that day! The coaches do an incredible job of knowing what level you’re at and motivating you to push!! Love this place!!!

As a yoga/ dancer/ nonprofit leader, I came into boxing with little knowledge on how to best train for my charity match. Each of the coaches provide detailed feedback and personalized support to make you feel motivated to know how to progress. I appreciated all the different timings of the classes as this was a huge spot I sought refuge in challenging times in life. I would look forward when the gym was open during holiday times as I felt a sense of family here. This is such a motivating community in all the different stages of my life. Even after my boxing match training, I continued at the gym to build foundations on strength training and boxing. Each of the coaches take your goals to the next level as long as you let them with your time and dedication. There were a lot of periods depression or heavy work load seasons would impact me but the gym community here remember you and always encourages you to stay true to your purpose. I appreciated the deep patience each of the coaches had on me as I had some life challenges interfere with my training at times and even now this gym supports people who are pregnant (like me) or who trains across different disciplines so they are able to meet your needs and provide accommodations when you advocate. The space is so beautiful and well kept. Honestly, this gym supports my mental health so much and it’s amazing to see the intergenerational impact.

I am a professional boxer training on the competition team at Undefined One Way Boxing Club. From the standpoint of a competing athlete, I am absolutely blown away with the professional and all encompassing program and team here. It rivals the best gyms and teams across the nation and internationally that I have seen and always hoped to have in my home city of Chicago. However, this gym is perfect for every fitness lover not just competing athletes. The gym is perfect for absolutely every age and gender as well as a myriad of fitness goals. Whether you are looking to transform your health and body through weight lifting or any other application of strength and conditioning, explosive functional training, cardiovascular workouts, boxing fitness and technique they have these and many more options. One of the most impressive aspects of this club is the absolutely gigantic range of equipment that spans across two levels and three separate yet interactional spaces. You will never be waiting for a squat rack, and I guarantee that you have never seen or heard of some of this mind blowing equipment to ensure you reach your goals. An elite team of coaches will welcome you and help you reach your goals through a combination of care, focus and strong leadership. They will be there to push you to break through barriers you never thought possible. You can enjoy the camaraderie and community of a class setting, or individual focus of a one-on-one coaching experience, male and female strength and boxing coaches work together to bring you a workout experience and community that is so elite its hard to define. So Undefined One Way Boxing Club is definitely the way to go if you are looking for a gym! I'm meeting new members every day and our community is growing into much more than a group of people, we're a family!

One Way / Undefined is the best boxing and strength gym that I’ve ever been to! All the coaches genuinely care about each member and really push you in each class. Coach David and Coach Billy do such a great job of adding variation to classes so they don’t feel repetitive. The space itself is beautiful and spacious. The equipment is top notch. Lastly, the community they’ve built here is absolutely incredible. Everyone is very friendly and really make an effort to get to know one another. I highly recommend this gym to any and all, whether you’re a boxer or someone just looking to get in great shape!
