Pow is a great place to train. It’s got Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga, and Strength and Condition classes. Something for everyone. If you’re looking for a great workout, or just want to learn how to fight come and join the cool kids. We’ve got a lot of great people here to train with.

My kid loves this place, asks almost every day if we can go! Great coaches friendly and experienced. Can't recommend highly enough. UPDATE: My kid is still going here after almost 3 years, and he still loves it. The coaches are great and the classes are fun and still keep him challenged as he grows.

POW is by far the best gym in Chicago for training in krav maga, boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, and strength & conditioning. The instructors and personal trainers are top notch and the facilities are state of the art. POW offers tons of classes throughout the week which works well with my work and home schedule. I highly recommend taking a class at POW!

My youngest daughter began taking classes at POW! about a 1.5 years ago. She's always been incredibly introverted, tall and a bit awkward with her body, as well as trying her best to keep up with the athletic, stronger kids. About 2 months ago, she began taking a concentrated schedule of classes with Coach Lizzie (Tumbling), Coach Jimmy and Coach Robbie (Thai boxing for kids), and Coach Joshua (who has worked with her for over a year helping her to build strength) Not only has she gained strength and coordination, but the coaches at POW! have given her support and love, which motivates her to succeed and reach further. There's been a direct correlation to her ability to focus and her willingness to interact with others. I cannot say enough about the POW! environment and the coaches there. Coach Lizzie makes her feel like she's the most important kid in the world, and Coach Brennan gives her a weekly workout to show off her skills with the older kids! Thanks POW! for helping my kid find the right combination for her!
