I’ve been training at Pure Muay Thai for two years, and it’s truly helped me progress, learn, and grow as a fighter. The gym feels like family to me. Even after moving back to my hometown in Sydney, Australia, I always make sure to return and train at Pure Muay Thai whenever I’m in the US. Thank you for everything, Coach Greg!

My kids absolutely love their Thai Kick Boxing classes. They not only get a great work out, but they also learn discipline and respect. They moved up to Advanced Little Tigers recently and look forward to the sparring sessions. It motivates them to work out at home to get stronger. And to jog to build up their cardio as the sparring sessions can be exhausting. Coach Brian and his crew is amazing. They go to Thailand frequently to train and compete. You can’t fake this kind of passion. Definitely 5 stars.

I’ve been training at Pure Muay Thai for close to 4 years now. All of the trainers are great to learn from, classes are fun and very similar to the flow of training at a Muay Thai camp in Thailand. Head trainer Greg hosts great seminars of high level fighters, which all members receive at a lower rate. If you’re planning to fight, Head Trainer Greg pays close attention to all his fighters and really makes sure we are at our peak come fight night. If you’re just interested in learning something new for the new year, Pure Muay Thai offers a 6 week introductory course which will equip you with the basics and foundation necessary prior to graduating to the next level of classes.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves one because people need to know how great this gym truly is. I was looking for something that would provide me with an all-around great workout. As a beginner, with no martial arts experience, I have always been too intimidated to try Muay Thai. But, at Pure, I was welcomed and felt very comfortable. The intro classes were so helpful and the best way to learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Coach Greg, the head trainer and owner, has a passion for Muay Thai that is infectious. Coach Alex, Coach Miko, Coach Dan, Coach Chris, and Coach Kyle are such great teachers as well, they are all so patient and have a great understanding of the sport! Coach Greg has surrounded himself with such high caliber instructors that each class, no matter the instructor, is worthwhile. They teach to all levels of experience, from beginners to fighters. If you have children, he has an excellent kids program. I have observed their classes and watched how the kids interact with the coaches and how the coaches interact with the parents. It has a very supportive and family atmosphere. I can not say enough good things about this place. It doesn’t get any better!

Martial Arts gyms simply don’t get better than this place. I dabbled with Thai kickboxing in high school but found a lot of the places really intimidating. I have been out of shape and never regularly exercised in almost 30 years. Now, as a 45 year old adult, I was welcomed warmly from day 1. All of the coaches are amazing and take the time to teach you. What really makes this place stand apart are the kids classes. Coach Greg and his team provide the perfect balance between discipline and fun for kids. My twin boys go and literally count down the days until Muay Thai class! We are addicted to this place. The prices are ridiculously reasonable too.
