Very professional one-on-one lessons in a practical self-defense system. Kenpo is the 'art and science of street fighting.' After studying other disciplines I have been very happy with finding this school through a mutual friend about 5 - 6 years ago. Tim, the head instructor, is very thorough, flexible in scheduling, and very pleasant to study under. I highly recommend the school and system for anyone wanting to learn a very effective martial art.

I've been a student here for seven years now. I can't say enough about it. The instructors are easy to work with, even if you have absolutely no experience or athletic ability. You will notice a progression in your physical ability. Also, though they don't promote this, the group classes are a great workout. I often burn 700+ calories in a one hour class. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of classes you get (four personal lessons and as many group classes as you care to attend each month), and there aren't any hidden costs or upsells. Just a really good, honest local business.
