I reached out about a drop in at a Saturday open mat while I was visiting Chicago and they were quick to get back to me and let me know I was welcome. Everyone was super friendly and great to roll with. All the upper belts I rolled with were helpful and took time to answer my questions.

Conveniently located whether you drive or take public transportation. Class offerings that would fit anyone's schedule. Incredibly strong kids program. Variety of knowledgeable instructors. BEST Saturday open mat in Chicago. I could go on and on. Incredibly inclusive gym that regularly hosts women's events.

Came in out of town for a roofing certification, was looking for a gym to do a drop in class. Treated me like a normal student and were very welcoming. Good rounds and great training

Trained here for a while. The evening classes are great, and tend to have the largest groups with varying belt levels. Very welcoming atmosphere, and solid instruction as well. They also have a well attended open mat on Saturday mornings, and wrestling on Sundays. The early morning classes are a smaller group and has good instruction. However, the early morning instructor sometimes makes unnecessary political and religious comments, and spends a lot of time complaining about his old school. Unfortunately this leads to a negative unwelcoming atmosphere, especially first thing in the morning. Great school to train at otherwise.
