I have been a member since October 2023 and I absolutely love it! The classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun and because of the powerplate you don’t get as sore as a regular workout. All the instructors are amazing and the owners are super nice and helpful like if you have to pause your membership it is super easy.

Best workout classes I have ever done! The Power Plate uses many more muscles than a typical class so I have to workout fewer times a week with better results. It also has additional benefits worth reading about. The gym is very clean and all the instructors are great. Definitely give a class a try.

Love vibez fit. All of their classes are great. I especially like pilates fusion, strong and hybrid classes. All 45 minutes long. And when I heard I’m activating 138% more muscle 💪🏼 it was a no brainer to make it a weekly thing!! And I’m 67 so I can use all the help I can get!! The recovery and balance classes are equally as beneficial for me!! I always feel welcome here thanks to the awesome manager Gloria!! She is the best! So friendly and nice!! Thank you vibez fit!!

Great neighborhood work out studio. They offer a variety of class formats (strength training, Pilates, HIIT, yoga, etc.) all while working out on the vibration plate. Classes go by really quickly!

I’ve been going to Vibez since early February 2025 and absolutely love it! The Power Plate workouts are intense, but so effective - I’ve seen huge improvements in my balance, core strength, and overall muscle tone in less than a year. What I really appreciate is that everyone gets their own personal workstation, so you never feel crowded or self-conscious. The schedule is super flexible with classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening, every day of the week, so it’s easy to find something that works for you. The classes are definitely challenging at first, but you build up strength quickly and it gets easier. Even if you’re new to fitness or not in the best shape, don’t worry - the instructors are great at showing modifications for every exercise so you can work at your comfort level. I absolutely LOVE Coach Carrie's classes! If you prefer structure and like to know what's coming, she does a great job with sets and letting you know what weights you'll need for the upcoming move. Highly recommend
