Great experience training here at Vuk bjj! I’m coming in from out of town visiting family and always try to get as much mat time as I can, it’s always great visiting different gyms and seeing how they’re ran and this place is great. Very clean gym and inviting atmosphere and awesome knowledge. I definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking into getting into Bjj!

I live in California and flew in to visit family for the holidays. I brought my gi with me hoping I could train while I was in town. The folks a Vuk were very generous and let me train with them the whole time I was in town. I've trained at 3 different gyms and can confidently say that the instruction at Vuk is top notch. There's also some serious talent on the student side here. If you're considering training here, I highly recommend it.

I am very happy to have found such an amazing Jiu-Jutsu academy so close to my home for my 9 year old son. This place is super clean, air conditioned, properly setup for excellent trainings. I love that the location has proper Matt/Flooring for takedowns to avoid getting hurt. You can see the raised floor in the pictures. The other thing I love is that the kids learn in a room out of parents influence. There is a camera pointing at them for us to see in the waiting area but this keeps the kids focused and attentive to the teacher without having to look over at their parents for their approval. It really fosters a great learning environment for the kids. The owner Skinny and his wife are truly talented and prestigious black belt instructors. On one occasion my son needed extra help with his flips and exercises and Skinny recommended that I show up 10 minutes early to each session free of charge just to help him keep up with the rest. Honestly, that's a teacher that cares about his students and something you almost never find in this line of business. What's also amazing is how well the kids truly listen to their instructor and behave. I think this goes without saying but if BJJ lab fosters a healthy, clean, and entertaining environment this is why the kids really respect one another and listen. The instructions never have to tell them to pay attention and it really does feel like a gathering among friends. In Conclusion: I can't recommend them enough. Thank you BJJ Lab for existing in my area. My son is improving his BJJ and truly loves your teaching methods and location. P.S. As a plus, if your hungry after a session, which most kids and parents are, there are so many restaurants withing walking distance in the area. Francesca's is right next door for example. :)

Training with Angelo has been such a great experience. He’s patient, hardworking, and truly dedicated to helping his clients improve. He takes the time to teach proper technique and has shown me so much, not just about boxing but about discipline and confidence too. I’m really grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to anyone looking to level up
