I love Aptitude Fitness! The instructors are awesome and make every workout fun. They give great tips and help with my strength training. The group fitness classes feel like a friendly community. I always leave feeling motivated. Highly recommend.

I love Aptitude Fitness! The equipment is modern and works great, the atmosphere is friendly and clean, the instructors are helpful and motivating, and the facility feels welcoming. I’m already seeing results and it feels like a great gym near me. Would definitely come back again.

I've been going to Aptitude Fitness for 3 years. The small gym environment and small classes allows the instructors to help me on my form and helps form a great community of support. The variety of classes are never boring. Since starting, I've increased my strength and endurance and have stayed motivated through regular monthly challenges. They helped me attain a personal best 5k and now I'm training for the Women's Barbell competition (something I never thought would have been possible when I started). Great gym and great instructors that make me want to keep going.

I love Aptitude Fitness. The equipment is new and works great. The atmosphere feels friendly and clean. The instructors are kind and help you with the right moves. The whole facility is bright and roomy. I have seen real results and feel stronger. If you are looking for a gym near me, this is the place. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here.

Aptitude Fitness is an absolutely fabulous facility and program!! The classes are small and very well facilitated. I love the variety of workouts that are offered throughout the day, and 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Being able to sign up online is super helpful. The atmosphere is upbeat and accepting, anyone is welcome and valued. And best of all, the instructors are top notch! They each have their own style and personality, and all are encouraging, supportive and motivating. They make working out enjoyable πŸ˜„ I LOVE Aptitude Fitness, and am so glad I found it!! Highly recommend πŸ‘πŸ‘
