Crunch Fitness - Des Moines South

Visiting the area and worked out at Crunch today. I found the $10 day pass very fair and enjoyed the sauna post workout. Every machine you need is here and the facility is clean and staff friendly. Shout out the GM Andrea who was super helpful. I will return whenever i am in town.

I just want to shout out Angela! My friend and I came in unsure about the membership and some other questions like switching locations etc, and she made the whole process super easy. She answered all our questions and was really helpful and welcoming. Angela made it an easy choice. thank you! Would recommend getting a membership here and getting helped by GM Angela.

My best friend and I went to Crunch today and had the absolute best experience thanks to GM Angela. She is seriously an angel! From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming, kind, and genuine. You can tell she truly cares about the members and creating a positive environment. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who brings that much warmth and positive energy to their job. Angela made our whole visit 10x better, and because of her, we’re even more excited to keep coming back. I cannot say enough good things about this gym! It’s literally sparkling—clean, bright, and so well-maintained that it actually makes you want to show up and crush your workouts. The atmosphere is super welcoming, thanks to the amazing staff who always greet you with a smile and positive energy. One of the best parts is the large variety of equipment available. No matter what kind of workout you’re into—strength training, cardio, functional fitness—they’ve got you covered! A huge shoutout to the manager, Angela! She’s absolutely awesome! You can tell she works incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. From keeping the gym spotless to making sure the vibe stays upbeat, she makes this place feel more like a community than just a gym. Everyone here seems to genuinely love their job and their workouts, and it’s contagious! If you’re looking for a gym that’s clean, motivating, and full of great people, this is the one! Crunch has a good variety of group classes, as well as massage chairs, saunas, showers, a child care center, cycling room, HIT Zone, and a lot more. Highly recommend! 💪🏽

It would be higher but when you get ready for work and the showers always cold it's not good. I know memberships are more reasonable, and maybe that's the balance. I have a cheaper management is not too happy, warm water., but you think warm water and hygiene will be very important plus keeping paper towels full in the locker rooms in the mornings to
