For 5 years I've called this gym my second home. I can't imagine what my life would be like without all of the wonderful people I've met here and the amazing strength and confidence I've gained over the years. I can't stress enough that this is not just a gym. This place gave me a second family and a chance at a better, healthier life.

I stopped yesterday to grab some protein, and Tiffany was so nice and welcoming! She even offered me a free trial, which I’m super excited to try out. The vibe was great, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Can’t wait to get started!

The support system of this gym is what makes it feel like not a gym. The people you meet are truly invested in helping you reach your goals. The coaches and instructors are always so open to answering questions and helping you reach your potential. The nutrition coaching is detailed but also easy to understand with the help of the nutrition expert. The workouts are fun and engaging but also push you and challenge you.

I have been so happy with my decision to join this program/fitness family. I completed the 10 week challenge and committed to being a FITT member for the next year. I’m reaching my goals…to be strong and healthy. The vibe is SO supportive and the instructors are first class. My experience at this Farrells location has been one where I feel like I need to share constantly with people who I know because it’s been just fantastic. I love the kickboxing classes the most, but also love to challenging myself on band days. Over the last 6 months I have not only lost some pounds, but gained a new appreciation for the people at this gym including the instructors, coaches, and fellow members. The gym is VERY clean, they play good music, the workouts are hard, and overall has been the hidden place I’ve been looking for years. If you want a great workout, with talented instructors, and a motivational challenge, come here. Trust me and the process, you won’t be disappointed.
