The team At Ferrels have been nothing short of amazing! The managers and trainers show up every day with a positive and attitude and a smile. It’s truly encouraging environment and really enjoy the coaching and care that everyone here puts in to ensure everyone has success. Really looking forward to the next 9 weeks!

I did Farrell’s about 12 years ago at the old Ashworth location. While I got in shape back then, I didn’t love much else about the experience. This time around, I signed up for a free week at EP True to see if my frozen shoulder could even handle it—and wow, what a difference! From the moment I talked to Renae, I knew this place was different. The vibe at EP True is so welcoming and motivating. I was paired with an amazing coach, the instructors are fun and encouraging, and even though I thought I’d be a noon-class girl… the 6 AM crew completely won me over! Hardddddd!! 😝🏴☠️ I’ve really been learning to give my 46-year-old body some grace. Around week 5, I started to feel a real shift—more energy, real physical changes, and even my frozen shoulder has improved with movement! It’s helped my teenage daughter, too. She’s struggled with body confidence, and seeing me show up for myself—and bringing her into this healthy, positive environment—has made such an impact on her mindset. That alone makes this experience priceless. I’m so grateful for the 10-week challenge. It’s exactly what I needed, and I’m ready to finish STRONG! Highly recommend EP True! 💪

I’m two weeks into the 10 week challenge and I am so grateful I am doing this! In every class I’ve received personal attention on proper body mechanics to prevent injury. And encouraged to do My best. This isn’t just a gym—it’s a super supportive community that cares about helping you meet your personal goals. Highly recommend!

What I really like about this program is that you get out of it what you put in. 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time to get a workout in. Each trainer has a distinct personality and their own way of pushing you in class to reach your full potential and with so many different time slots offered you can pick and choose which trainer's class you like best. I'm three weeks in and I'm in better shape than I've been in years, I look forward to the end of the 10 weeks to see my progress!

Love. Love. Love. Before Farrells, I loved working out but HATED the gym. I hated having to make my own workout, I struggled to keep myself accountable, I was working out for 2 hours and as I got busier it just wasn’t substantial, so I stopped going all together. My sister started Farrells and I watched her transform to before baby weight quickly after having 2 babies 6 year apart. I thought I’d never like having a class time or being is class setting, turns out; I LOVE IT! the accountability, I don’t have to make my workouts, and it’s done in 30-45 min, and the Farrells community is amazing, so welcoming and willing to teach with no judgement! I have seen amazing progress in myself physically and mentally. 30009% recommend. You have to start somewhere. So start with us! You won’t regret it!
