Not a bad gym just needs aome updating and sanitizing Perhaps an odor machine with fresh smell would be a great addition.

If I could give this club 0 stars I would. I went into this gym on February 2024 to cancel my membership they handed me a piece of paper and had me fill out my information and told me my next bill would still be billed out. They have been billing me $60/mo for the last 2 years for a gym membership that should have been cancelled. When I called their customer service team they told me that no such request had been filed and no credits could be applied to me. They charged me almost $1500 over the last 2 years for their own mistake and now are refusing to do anything about it.

The "hello" and "goodbye" from the staff is what I anticipate as a welcome and departure when I come to workout, but the thing that really gets me is the inability to look up from the phone. You basically have to sit your entire shift, it will not kill you to be a participant of the world and make conscious eye contact with people for TWO SECONDS. it's actually a shameful way to lead your life and people need to realize how off putting that is. it's a lack of basic social skills and not gonna get you anywhere in your life. be present. secondly, the bathrooms are always disgusting. toilet paper wasted up, soap dispenser doesn't work, sauna doesn't work, floors are always wet. I legit broke my nail off into a cup holder of a treadmill four months ago and it's still there. 😂 the weights are never put back either.

I'd give it no stars if I could. Bathrooms are gross. Place is always dirty, staff is no help. Predatorary sales tactics. Never told me about annual fee UNTIL I asked why it showed up on acct, never said anything about giving 30days notice when you cancel membership UNTIL you go to cancel. Just a way to get 1 more month out of you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, overpriced also.

I have been working out with my son at this location for almost 13 months. My son turned 12 in November. Today after 13 months I was told he can’t be in the weight room Since he’s under 13 mid workout. The individual that I talked to was very unpleasant and could use some coaching in how to talk to customers. The prior GM told us the policy was that my son could work out as long as I was present even though he was 11 at the time. We have been working out at this location an average of 3 times per week together for 13 months. I left lifetime fitness after 6 years to be able to lift with my 11 year old son. The new GM handled the conversation well and was understanding why I was cancelling our memberships due to this new “enforcement” The rest of the staff is friendly with the exception of the individual that approached us - I believe he is the assistant manager. Most likely won’t be back or recommend the location based on today’s interaction. As well as dealing with a constant state of construction at the location for the past 12 months.
