Next Level Extreme Fitness is hands down the best gym in Des Moines! If you are looking for results, the trainers at NLXF will push you to reach your personal goals not only through workouts but also nutrition. If you're looking to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle, this gym is unique as everyday at the gym is a new challenge to keep you coming back for more. You may have never tried kickboxing, but don't let that scare you, the trainers will work with you step by step to learn. If you're like me, you'll look forward to kickboxing days at the gym! The variety of class times and the childcare provided make NLXF a fit for my family, come join us.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. They are the hardest workouts I have ever done, but what I love about them is that anyone can do them. No matter what shape you are in, you can do these workouts. I also appreciate how CLEAN the gym is every single time I step foot in there. I have been working out here 5-6 days a week for 6 months. I have never worked out that long or consistently in my life! The trainers and staff offer so much support to help you reach your goals. They also have free childcare which is a huge life saver when we need it. Please don't hesitate to check this place out!

Just finished my fourth session with Next Level Extreme Fitness. Coming from someone who doesn’t love to work out, I absolutely LOVE my time spent at this gym. The fast-paced workouts, pump up music, and team-oriented environment cause an hour to fly by. High-caliber coaches, Ryan and Sarah, know exactly how to push their clients to be their best, without ever making anyone feel less than. If you’re ready to finally make a real change in your life, consider NLXF. (Did I mention they have incentives for coming to class like free t-shirts or trips to Jamaica?!?!?)

I re-joined NLXF a year ago, and I’m never looking back! I enjoy the constantly changing workouts, and we never do the same workout twice. I also love the atmosphere. The energy keeps me going through even the toughest workouts, and everyone there cheers you on. The trainers care that you are coming to class, and they want to see you succeed. If you’re on the fence about joining, attend a trial class between sessions. I promise, you’ll want to come back.

I highly recommend NLXF! I have never experienced such an amazing atmosphere in a gym before. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and continuously push and encourage you. The entire facility is always clean and well kept. They play great upbeat music and have such a variety of workouts, no two days are ever the same! If you're looking for somewhere to start or something new come check it out, I promise you won't regret it.
