I am always guaranteed to have a great workout at Vibe boxing! The coaches are motivational and always show up with a smile! I love how I can get a good sweat on in just 45 minutes.

Joined recently, like the atmosphere here. Coaches I've worked with so far have been approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Lots of class times so flexible with your schedule. Classes are challenging and you get a good mix of receiving a strenuous workout and good instruction and feedback on your form. This place is great for a beginner and caters to all skill levels. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing

I can’t say enough positive things about Vibe. The workouts are fun yet challenging, the instructors are phenomenal. I always leave feeling like I got the best workout but have fun doing it.

VIBE is such a vibe! Every time I’ve taken a class here the energy brought on by the instructor is unmatched. I love the atmosphere with the dynamic lighting background. The workout made me feel like I was dying and they really push you to your limits which is everything you want in a training class. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a live class in Iowa City

VIBE has the BEST trainers! The trainers are constantly looking for ways to improve their classes to tailor it best to you. VIBE really changed my life! Having fun staying healthy and fit, while making friends with the other VIBE members and trainers - this place really couldn't get much better (but, I bet VIBE will still find a way to out-do themselves again!)
