Mike and Karen are the absolute best. My boys were so small when they started and have learned and grown so much in their time at Zero Dojo. It has most definitely become their Happy Place.

I started coming to Zero Dojo as a teenager, and I am close to 30 now. In the years training here, I have garnered a self-confidence and skill set that I now realize I could and would not have gotten anywhere else. Not all martial arts schools are created equal. And this one is the best. They love what they teach, know what they are doing, and act as a family. You will not find this environment anywhere else.

My son enjoys learning kickboxing and jiu-jitsu at Zero Dojo because the coaches are attentive, engaging and caring. I appreciate that they teach respect, discipline and proper behavior along with martial arts skills. They train hard and make it fun. It's been a great confidence-building activity for my son and an opportunity to relate with both older and younger classmates in a respectful manner.

My son loves Zero Dojo and wants to make it to every single class. Coach Mike is very good with kids and keeps the class safe but challenging. In the short span of 5 short months since he started attending, my son has shown tremendous improvement. The primary goal for my son was to learn self-defense and get some exercise while he's at it but his joy and enthusiasm have been welcome surprises.
